Bexley Leave it out Day
29th September 2024

"Leave it out day” is an initiative where people place unwanted but still usable items on their driveways, clearly marked between

10 am and 5 pm.

Others can then help themselves to these items.  It’s like a community-wide treasure hunt for things that someone else might find a use for.  It is a good way of saving waste by allowing other people to repurpose things that you no longer need and helps the circular economy.

Worried about your bills and the rising cost of living. Check out our money saving tips here.

We can all play our part in protecting the environment.
Recycling what we can and reducing food waste can make a huge difference to the planet
